Who we are

What we collect, and why
Contact-form submissions. When you request a sample, quote, spec sheet or regulatory information, we collect the details you enter: name, work email, company, region, the product concerned and your message. We use them solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on it. Submissions are delivered to us by Formspree Inc. (our form-processing provider), which processes the data on our behalf.
Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics service. It records aggregate page-view statistics without cookies, without persistent identifiers, and without tracking you across sites. No analytics data identifies you personally.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and reliability.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or set marketing cookies. This site works without a cookie banner because it doesn't set tracking cookies.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve the business relationship, and reviewed periodically. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK GDPR and India's DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict processing. Email info@vinnerlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
We are based in India; our form and hosting providers process data in the EU and/or United States under their own compliance frameworks. By contacting us you understand your enquiry data will be processed in these locations.
Changes
We'll update this notice when our practices change, and revise the date above.
