Cookie policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026. This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies vinnerlabs.com uses, why, and how you control them. It sits alongside our privacy notice, which covers personal data more broadly.
The short version
Without your consent, we set no cookies and run no analytics or marketing tools that store anything on your device. At present we use no analytics or marketing cookies at all. The providers listed below are the ones we may switch on; if and when we do, they will run only with your consent and only for the categories you choose. We will ask you before any of them runs, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Cookie settings, which is also linked from the foot of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and the site works fully either way.
Your consent
This site is run by Vinner Labs Private Limited (details at the end of this page). Under the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and in the EU under the GDPR and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, storing or reading anything on your device needs your consent unless it is strictly necessary for a service you asked for. We apply the same opt-in standard to visitors everywhere in the world.
- Nothing optional runs before you choose. The analytics and marketing tools are not even downloaded until you accept their category. For Google's tools we use Consent Mode in its basic form, so nothing is sent to Google before consent.
- Refusing is as easy as accepting. "Reject all" and "Accept all" sit side by side, nothing is pre-selected, and you can consent to analytics and marketing separately.
- Your choice is recorded. To be able to show that consent was given, we keep a record of each choice: a random consent ID, which categories you chose, the version of the notice you saw, the date and time, and whether your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal. The record contains no IP address and nothing else that identifies you. Your consent ID is shown in Cookie settings.
- We ask again. Your choice lasts six months, or less if we add a new tool or purpose, after which we ask again.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends this signal, marketing cookies stay off.
The legal basis for analytics and marketing cookies, and for the personal data they collect, is your consent (UK GDPR and GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The legal basis for strictly necessary storage is our legitimate interest in providing the site you asked for (Article 6(1)(f)).

Lifetimes are those set by each provider at the time of writing, and providers can change them. Cookies "on the provider's domains" are set and read by the provider, not by us; their own policies apply: Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn.
International transfers
If we switch these cookies on, Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn may process data from them in the United States. Each is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, which the European Commission and the UK government recognise as providing adequate protection.
Other services
Plausible Analytics counts page views without cookies or any device storage, does not identify you, and runs for every visitor. Formspree receives the contact form only when you submit it. The partner lounge connects to Supabase to sign partners in. Our fonts and page scripts are served from our own domain.
Changing your choice, or blocking cookies
Open Cookie settings at any time to change or withdraw consent. When you withdraw, we delete the withdrawn tools' cookies on this domain and reload the page, so they stop at once; cookies a provider set on its own domain can be cleared in your browser. You can also block or clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. The site works fully without optional cookies.
